Yes, one of the key features of our program is 'food freedom'. This means we'll teach you how to lose weight whilst still being able to eat all your favourite foods. That includes yummy stuff like chocolate, ice cream, pizza, pasta, burgers, cakes, biscuits... whatever you enjoy!
Everything we do in our program has sustainability front of mind. Ultimately, you aren't going to stick to something that is not sustainable so our program is designed to complement your life, not restrict it. You will still be able to do all of the normal things you enjoy.
Can I still eat out and drink alcohol?
Absolutely. We have a number of strategies we use with our clients that allows them to still regularly eat out and drink alcohol. Of course there will need to be some adjustments made however, you don’t have to be worried that you cannot go out!
All of our clients are extremely busy women who have full time jobs, kids and hectic lifestyles. Everything we do has speed and convenience front of mind. To have success within the program, the minimum weekly time commitment is just 2-3hrs or, just 1.78% of your total week.
Do I need a gym membership?
No, a large portion of our women train from home. We'll design you a program from home or the gym.
How long until I can expect results?
You can expect results almost immediately. By eating properly and following a well designed, tailored training program, you will notice changes within the first couple of weeks. You can look forward to increased energy, improved mood, greater productivity in your daily activities, better sleep, improved confidence and greater overall wellbeing.
I have a holiday coming up, can I still join?
Absolutely, our clients go on holidays all the time. We have a number of strategies that will allow you to still enjoy the holiday to the fullest but, not without undoing your hard work.
Do I need to be familiar with the gym?
Not at all. Our programs are completely tailored to you and your experience level, likes and dislikes and goals. We understand that everyone is at different levels of training experience so we work with you to create a program that is perfect for you.
Is there a contract?
Yes, the initial program is 6 months. The reason being, is that from our experience, any less than that won’t be long enough to unlearn any previous bad habits you may have picked up, as well as cement new ones. However, most clients end up working with us for over 12 months. Life-changing results take time!
When can I start?
Once payment has been processed, your coach will begin setting you up immediately.
